New law helps Exxon Valdez spill plaintiffs

The U.S. Senate today passed tax legislation that is designed to help fishermen who are plaintiffs in the Exxon Valdez punitive damage case  currently in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.

    plaintiffs in the lawsuit, keep thinking positively… the supreme court would have to come up with 5 votes (Judge Alito has recused himself because he owns exxon stock, and plaintiffs prevail in ties) to send us packing.

    Judge Aito,rescues himself,due to owning exxon stock? No justice for plaintiffs,he’s obviously in the pocket of exxon,not in our interest.
