When did details about the date a job was offered or accepted overwhelm whether the person was qualified? Soon, the state won't be able to hire qualified people because the likes of Shannyn Moore will tear them apart, ruining not only their careers, but their lives. It is Shannyn Moore we need out of here. Extremely qualified people are hard to find. That should be the criteria - not dates.
