Prosecutors to explain secret briefing in Stevens case

A hearing in the court case of Alaska Senator Ted Stevens has been canceled. It was scheduled for this morning, but instead federal prosecutors must, in writing, defend their decision to give the court a secret filing last month. The filing was about a government witness who says he lied.
