That would be a very tough thing for the people of Northwest Alaska. Dissapointing too, since Red Dog has at the end of the day done such a good job finding solutions to environmental challenges with Red Dog Creek. How can Bruce Switzer say this is aimed at Pebble when it will obviously have an unjustified Statewide impact? They do not want to dump their minerals anywhere else because it cost to much. Ballot measure 4 is really about the profits the Pebble Mine will make, it is NOT about whether it is going to open or not.
