Annie Feidt, reporter for the Alaska Public Radio Network (APRN), visited remote St. Paul Island in Alaska’s Bering Sea in October 2007 while covering fur seal research and economic conditions in the Pribilof Islands. Fur seal numbers in the Bering Sea are on the decline and researchers are trying to figure out why.

Feidt narrates this unique, remote Alaskan footage, sharing a bit of her trip with those of us not lucky enough to make it to St. Paul.
