It looks like THEY will never listen to the first citizens of this country, now matter the opposition the lease still went along, because they have nothing to loose, living in comfort in the cities not having to haul anything as heat oil, water, and THEY are the real winners of all this OIL, getting some sort of piece of the oil loot, and because the non-native nation thinks she is cutest Gov. I bet some of the billions are going to beauty stuff in her gov. budget. And my village is one of the very few still with Municipality, it is still broke, where is the billions in the state, with very very few city’s in Rural areas, how come our village city’s are still broke, and urban cities thriving. It is about time the billions start reaching the real Alaskans out here, who are the real bruisers of all this commotion on our LANDS and STATE. The PERMANENT Fund came out of ANSCA, and as usual our Capital changed it cause they know that they could inBREED us and eventually annihilate us. Here I have lived all my life here is ALASKA gone thru all it threw to its inhabitants for thousands of years and Non-ALaskan comes for 1 measly year and start getting the plenty of the true citizens rightful due. And have a bigger say on its course.
