Joshua Wade’s lawyer quits

Joshua Wade’s attorney has resigned. U-S Public Defender Mary Geddes has handled his case ever since his first appearance in federal court. Wade is accused of using Mindy Schloss’s ATM card in early August to make two 500 dollar withdrawals. Schloss was last seen alive August 3rd. Her body was found September 13th in thick woods near Wasilla.
