APICDA…<ot too many people are aware of its meaning let alone its existence …unfortunately the people for whom this program was intended to benefit most are the ones least benefitted…CHECK OUT THE WAGES OF MANAGEMENT TEAM OUTSIDE OF THE AREA FOR WHOM THE PROGRAM WAS INTENDED,,,CLEARLY IT IS A RIPOFF AND NO ONE IS LOOKING INTO THIS SCAM…politicians and lawmakers should put a stop to this…Instead funds should be disbursed to communities based on LOCAL NATIVE residents per capita…Let these people spend on their own projects as needed.
