Murkowski and Stevens sign on to global warming bill

For the first time, Alaska senators Lisa Murkowski and Ted Stevens today put their names on a bill that would make mandatory cuts in greenhouse gas emissions. In return, the bill would set up funds that could help Alaska deal with a range of climate change effects.

    what is needed are measures that will remove harmful
    gases.. one monitoring methane emissions in oil fields. promoting platykin and other plant life in oceans and land -what is effect of fish farming?
    staggering production staggering air and ground traffic will help- my resources suggest that by giving the air and earth rest periods; as what tragically happened on(after) 9-11 we may enable the earth to obtain a temperate terestatis(my word)
    the correction needed must be and can be positive.
